The program that my company has chosen for all video-based communication is called GoTo Meeting. I think it's always been easy to use, and I enjoy the mobile application because it allows me to participate in team video conferences from anywhere at any time. A wide range of adaptable features are also included, including meeting recording, annotation tools, toll-free conferencing, and transcribing services. For me, all of the aforementioned factors combine to make communication on GoTo Meeting generally hassle-free.

Platform for conducting online classes and meetings
Goto meeting used as a platform to conduct online meetings among employees. This platform supports desktop and mobile devices also. It has an mobile application for easier access on mobile phones. Goto meeting gives control over all participants activities during meeting to the host.

No Hassle Online Meeting Tool
We use GoTo Meeting as the internal team communication channel. GoTo Meeting is the primarily connecting channel. Even when we need to schedule meeting with our client or people outside our organization we schedule meetings on GoTo only

We utilize GoTo Meeting as a VoIP provider and utilize it for our internal and external meetings and video conferencing. We do not use the messaging feature. We use the soft phone on the computer, we have a desktop physical phone, we have the cell phone app, and some of us even use the call forwarding.
- Calls are clear
- Once the meeting is started, the video conferencing are generally smooth as long as the internet connection is good.
- The desktop app is clunky.
- Takes a long time to load.
- Makes you re log in every hour or so
- When loading the video meeting, it takes a long time to establish a connection

GoTo Meeting has become a key collaboration tool within our one of the small team. No downloads or logins needed for participants, making meetings hassle-free. Available on web browsers and mobile apps, offering a consistent experience which made it easy to join meetings from any device which is near my hand.

One of good online meeting application
It very useful in online video class conducted by our lectures. It is easy to connect to the meeting. Also it manages the members very well. It's interface is very simple to understand because it shows all necessary features in the home screen itself. It is very fast also while connecting to the meeting.

One of the Best Virtual Meeting Software Options :)
I use GoTo Meeting for audio and video meetings with clients. It's easy to set up and schedule a meeting. Typically, my clients do not have any issues accessing the meeting on their end. Although, I usually include that they'll need to download the meeting software ahead of time. GoTo Meeting allows me to virtually meet with clients and share rough drafts of designs to receive feedback and approval. It's easy to share my screen and walk through presentations, website designs, etc.

Simple, Efficient, and Easy to Use
In our organization, we use GoTo Meeting for virtual meetings and collaboration. Goto meeting helps in face the challenge of facilitating seamless communication among our team members, who are dispersed across different locations mainly in the branch. The scope of our use includes internal meetings, client discussions, and collaborative project sessions. GoTo Meeting's UI can be developed to be more user-friendly, i think. Features like screen sharing have proven instrumental in improving overall communication efficiency.

- virtual backgrounds and appearance settings are useful.
- I would say providing more options for customization in the user interface, such as the ability to rearrange or hide certain elements, could enhance the user experience.
- I also did not find any option to fix the camera angle as it showed me in mirror or flipped way which is weird.
- Sharing screen from phone is also not much user friendly.

mostly I use this product for official purposes like customer meetings, remote support, and training sessions. it was very good and easy to use. It is smooth and full of various features remote desktop sharing, screen sharing, etc. it also supports various integration to make life easier with its variety of supported extension like calendar, CRM tools etc.

- Customization option is low in compare other tools like backgroup etc. in my opinion.

A great meeting tool
Main requirement was to have end to end encrypted connect solution which is complaint to information security and can handle large scale meetings without lags and disconnect. Also, the user interface is easy and does not involve toggling through various options which can confusing for new users. It does not have a complex setup and I don't it fetches lots of machine resources as well

A GoTo for support and meetings!!
We typically use the GoTo Meeting product to host web sessions with our clients. Whether it's for sales and marketing calls/meetings, or for connecting with a customer for a support issue or an implementation - GoTo Meeting is one of several GoTo products we've kept in use at our organization for many years.
- Easily allows users to create and host meetings
- Easy to share screens/content amongst the various participants
- Intuitive design makes remote control and helping customers a breeze
- Needs a file transfer capability that is found in other products, such as GoTo Assist
- Suggest having a step by step visual for the participant logging in, such as found with GoTo Resolve
- It's not a standout application among the GoTo product line - many of this product's features are also found out of the box with GoTo Connect

We use GoTo Meeting for meeting with clients and partner groups. It can be a little bit spotty at times. It's a decent product overall but not my favorite virtual meeting service.

Decent Virtual Conferencing solution for your business.
We are using it to have virtual meeting with our customers, employees, vendors etc. It enabled us to have virtual meeting anytime and anywhere. Instead of visiting customer or vendor office we able to attended or create meetings from our own office. It helped us very much to save our time and resources. Great tool for conferencing and meetings
Rooms and meetings were simple to set up and operate, allowing for efficient long-term conversations. We could share files in the room and our screens with anyone to meet any other needs for which communication was insufficient. Because we can use the smartphone app to send text messages while in the room, we also use it as one of our main means of communication. The mobile support is really helpful in sharing files within our team's room. In order to catch up on what they missed and keep informed, someone who is unable to attend the meeting might arrange for an automatic recording to begin and terminate throughout the session.
- When it comes to conference calling, it is rather helpful. And anyone can use it easily enough.
- The audio and video are of excellent quality and are helpful for significant gatherings.
